shipping and returns
The majority of our items are made to order and take approximately 2-6 weeks for production before they are shipped to you. We promise that it's worth the wait! You can learn more about our production model here.
If you need your garment for a specific date, please email us at info@maedinnyc.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Should you decide to return your order, we charge a small Ethical Production Fee (10% of retail price for made-to-order and 5% for ready-to-ship) which will be deducted from your refund.
Why do we charge this fee? Our clothing is made-to-order and created small batch, in very limited quantities, just for you. Once an item has been made, we are responsible for its existence. If it is returned, we then must find it a home. This fee aids in our mission of eliminating overproduction and encouraging a circular fashion economy.
Please note that cancelled orders are subject to a 5% convenience fee, which simply covers the credit card fee we are not reimbursed when you cancel your order.
